Airbag and seatbelt indicator with no diagnostic faults
(Translated from Spanish)
Summary of the thread
A 2004 BMW 1 displays airbag and seatbelt warning lights without any diagnostic faults detected. Possible causes include loose or damaged connections under the seats, battery voltage issues, or a malfunctioning footwell module (FRM). Suggested solutions involve checking and securing seat connections, inspecting battery condition, and resetting the FRM by disconnecting the battery. If the problem persists, professional inspection of the module is recommended.

Check the seatbelt buckle and seat occupancy sensor connections under the seats for any loose or damaged wires. Sometimes, these connections can cause the warning lights to appear without storing a fault code. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
I checked and everything is in place.

Inspect the battery voltage and condition, as low voltage can sometimes trigger warning lights. Ensure the battery terminals are clean and securely connected. If the battery is old or weak, consider replacing it. Let me know if this helps or if you have more questions.

The battery is relatively new so I do not think it is the problem, after doing diagnosis the only fault it detects is in the "foot well module", could it have something to do with it?

Yes, the footwell module (FRM) can affect various electrical systems, including airbags and seatbelt warnings. Try resetting the module by disconnecting the battery for about 15 minutes, then reconnecting it. If the issue persists, it might be best to have a professional inspect the module. Let me know how it goes or if you have further questions.
