Albea Headlight Washer Issue
Summary of the thread
The headlight and windshield washer system on a 2009 Fiat Albea stopped working, despite the fuses being intact. The issue was suspected to be a bad connection to the pump. A similar problem was resolved by checking for blockages or leaks in the hose and considering the pump itself. Ultimately, the problem was diagnosed as a defective relay and a corroded pump connector, which required professional repair.

Thanks! Is the pump easily accessible? And did your headlights stop cleaning too? Wondering if it's one system or separate.

Yeah, my headlights and windshield washers went out at the same time. Both pumps are part of the same reservoir. It's probably best to take it to a workshop to get it diagnosed; it's difficult to fix without proper tools.

Appreciate the advice! Took it to the shop. It was a defective relay and corroded pump connector. Cost 165€ to get it sorted. Thanks again!

I had something similar with my Albea. Check the hose, especially where it connects to the pump and nozzles. Might be a blockage or leak, preventing pressure. Could also be the pump itself.
