Alhambra ABS and Steering Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Seat Alhambra owner experienced a tire pressure warning, ABS lamp activation, steering wheel vibration, and difficulty steering. Despite normal tire pressure readings, these issues suggested more than a simple flat or punctured tire. The problem was identified as a defective valve inside the tire, which was confirmed and resolved by a professional, costing 280€.

Yeah, it's showing the tire pressure warning. It's not showing a specific tire though, just the general warning light. I checked the tire pressure with my tire gauge, and they all seem okay. Could it still be a tire pressure issue if the tire pressure looks fine?

Okay, mine did the same thing. The general warning light and the other issues make me think it's more than just slightly low tire pressure. It could be a defective valve inside the tire itself. It's causing the system to freak out. I'd get it checked out by someone who knows what they're doing before driving too much further.

Took it to a shop and you were right, it was a defective valve in the tire. Cost me 280€ to get it sorted. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar. I had something similar happen with my Alhambra. Do you have a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS)? Is it showing a specific tire with low tire pressure, or is it more general?
