Allion air valve hose issue

I own a 2001 Toyota Allion with a gasoline engine. The check engine light comes on. I suspect a defective hose connection from the pump to the air valve. Mileage is 22916 km. Any advice?

I had a similar issue with my Allion. Check your throttle body and air supply. Could be related.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by 'related'? What specific symptoms did you experience, and what part of the air supply was the problem?

Yes, the engine stalled frequently. It was indeed the air valve hose. I suggest a workshop visit; they will find the issue quickly.

Thank you for the insight. I visited a workshop as suggested. The defective air valve hose connection was indeed the problem. The repair cost 175€.
