Thanks! Was it the brake switch or sensor? I'm hoping it's not the electric motor in the brake calliper, as the repair is estimated at 505€!?

Yeah, it ended up being the brake calliper motor, exactly as you fear. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to be sure. Don't risk your vehicle safety.

Hmm, sounds familiar! I've got an Allion myself. Had similar symptoms last year. Did you check the brake switch or the sensor?
