Allion keyless access failure
Summary of the thread
The keyless access on a 2011 Toyota Allion stopped working, though central locking with the key remained functional. An error code related to the door handle was identified. The issue was isolated to the driver's side door and was caused by a faulty connection in the door handle wiring. The problem was resolved by replacing the defective plug connection, restoring the keyless access functionality.

Just the driver's side door, actually. Did yours do the same thing? Any idea what caused it?

Yes, mine was also the driver's door. It turned out to be a faulty connection in the door handle wiring. I’d suggest getting it checked by a workshop. They will be able to diagnose and fix the issue properly.

Thanks for the heads-up! Took it to the shop, and you were spot on. They found a defective plug connection in the driver's side door handle. They replaced it, cleared the error memory, and now everything's working perfectly again. Cost me 95€, but it was worth it to get rid of that annoying error. Thanks again for your help!

I had a similar issue with my Allion. Does it affect all the doors, or just one?
