Summary of the thread
A 2020 Toyota Allion is experiencing uneven idling and an error message, leading to a suspicion of a faulty engine mount. The issue could be due to a defective cable or plug connection. Thanks! I haven't checked the mount itself yet, only saw the error code. What kind of wear should I be looking for specifically?

Well, I'm no expert, but I'd look for cracks, tears, or any separation of the rubber from the metal. Honestly, engine mounts can be tricky to diagnose properly without a lift. I think it's best to take it to a workshop.

OK, thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and you were right. It was the engine mount, and the eventual repair cost was 95€. They said it was the cable connection. I appreciate the help!

Hey, I have a Toyota Allion too, though I'm not sure about the year. Uneven idling and error messages could point to a failed engine mount. Have you checked the rubber mount or mounting bracket for any obvious signs of wear or damage? It could also cause vibration issues.
