Altima massage seat switch issue

Hey, I've got a 2005 Nissan Altima with a gasoline engine, and my massage seat switch isn't working. The massage function just won't switch on, and the error memory has a fault stored. From what I've read, it sounds like it could be a cable or plug issue. Anyone else run into this?

I have an Altima too, and I had a similar problem with my massage seats. Is it both seats or just one?

Just the driver's side. Were your symptoms the same? No massage and an error code?

Yep, sounds identical. I messed with it for a while, but in the end, I took it to a workshop. They said it was definitely a loose connection and fixed it pretty quickly.

Appreciate the confirmation. Sounds like I'll bite the bullet and get it checked out by a professional. The estimated repair cost is about 95€. Thanks!
