Good point, thanks. No recent work done. Where is the GPS antenna located? Is it easy to access?

On my vehicle, the GPS antenna is integrated into the shark fin antenna on the roof. Accessing it requires partial removal of the headliner. Given the potential complexity and risk of damaging interior components, I would advise taking your vehicle to a qualified workshop for antenna repair. It might save you some headaches in the long run.

Appreciate the advice. Dropped it off at the workshop. Turns out, the GPS antenna was indeed defective. Antenna repair cost me 200€. Navigation's working perfectly again. Thanks for the heads up!

I remember a similar issue with my AMG GT. The car navigation system would intermittently lose satellite connection. It might be worth checking the antenna connection before replacing the entire GPS module. Have you experienced any recent windshield replacements or body work that might have affected the antenna?
