Argo ignition issue
Summary of the thread
The 2017 Fiat Argo experienced issues with starting and stalling, initially suspected to be fuel-related but later considered electrical. The problem was identified as a defective fuse related to the immobilizer system, which was confirmed and repaired by a workshop. The solution involved replacing the faulty fuse, resolving the ignition issue.

I haven't had any difficulty turning the key; it turns smoothly. The issue seems to be whether that 'smooth' turn actually starts the car. Could there be something else to check, assuming the key itself is working?

If the key turns smoothly, the problem is likely in the electrical parts of the ignition circuit. Have a technician inspect the car electronics and starter motor, as diagnosing these issues can be complex. This way you avoid turning a small problem into a big expense.

I had a workshop inspect it. It was a defective fuse related to the immobilizer system. The repair cost 52€.

The symptoms sound like ignition issues. Think of the ignition system like a conductor leading an orchestra. If the conductor (ignition key) can't signal the musicians (the starter motor and other components) correctly, you get a cacophony. Have you checked the ignition key and car electronics? A bad fuse could be it, but have you had any problems turning the key?
