Arkana audio system failure

I've got a 2022 Renault Arkana with a gasoline engine and I'm having trouble with the audio system. It just stopped working completely. No sound at all, and I'm getting an error message stored in the system memory related to it. I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I had a similar problem with my Arkana's audio. Check the display unit itself; it might be defective. Is the radio completely dead?

Yeah, it's completely dead. No radio, no Bluetooth, nothing. The screen is working fine, but there's no sound output at all. Volume control doesn't do anything either. Was that the same for you?

Yep, exactly the same. Display was fine, but no audio output whatsoever. Error code in memory too. Seems like a faulty display unit. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop, and you were right. The display unit was defective. They replaced it, cost me 725€, but at least the audio is working again. Appreciate the help!
