Arkana Damping Adjustment Error

I've got a 2020 Renault Arkana, gasoline engine, and lately the ride's been super bumpy. I'm getting an error in the system memory about damping adjustment and a warning light on the dash. Feels like the shocks are totally shot, especially with 88053 km on the clock. Anyone else experienced this? Thinking it might be a dodgy cable or plug connection?

Hey, I had something similar with my Arkana (don't remember the exact build year). Same error, bumpy ride. Worth checking the connectors on the shock absorbers themselves. Could be a loose wire or corrosion.

Cheers for the quick reply! Where exactly are these connectors located? Any tips on how to get to them easily without wrecking anything?

They're right on top of the shock absorbers, usually pretty easy to spot. If you are unsure, I would take it to a workshop and let them have a look at the connectors. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted.

Thanks a lot! I'll check those connectors first thing tomorrow. If that doesn't fix it, sounds like a trip to the mechanic is in order. Appreciate the advice!
