Arkana engine mount issue
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Renault Arkana with a gasoline engine is experiencing uneven idling and an error code at around 90,799 km, suggesting a potential engine mount issue. Diagnostics indicate a possible defective cable or plug. A similar case involved checking engine vibration levels and ultimately required professional inspection, as the error code was generic and did not directly indicate the engine mount. The suggested solution is to have the vehicle checked at a workshop, with an estimated repair cost of 95€.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Thanks, I'll check vibration levels. Could you say more about the error code you saw, and whether it pointed to the engine mount?

No problem. The error code was pretty generic, something like "Engine Performance Issue." It didn't directly point to the mount itself. Honestly, after some forum searching and similar symptoms, I just took it to the shop. Best bet, in my opinion. It's probably a small fix, but chasing electrical gremlins can be a pain.

Thanks. I'll get it checked at the workshop. A repair is estimated at 95€. Hopefully that fixes it.

Hey! I also drive an Arkana. Your issue sounds familiar. I had similar idling problems and a persistent error code. Did you happen to check the engine's vibration levels? That's what tipped me off.
