Arkana Massage Seat Failure

Thanks for the suggestion! That's exactly the kind of thing I was hoping for. When you had the issue, did the error code specifically point to the module itself, or was it more generic? Also, did you notice any other electrical issues at the same time, or was it isolated to just the massage seat?

The error code was specific to the massage seat module. As I recall, there were no other electrical issues presenting themselves at the time. While troubleshooting at home might be fruitful, if the problem persists, I would recommend taking your Arkana to an authorized Renault workshop. They will possess specialized diagnostic equipment that can more precisely pinpoint the source of the fault and perform any necessary repairs.

Thanks a lot! I checked the plug, but there wasn't any corrosion. I brought it to the workshop and they had to replace the defective cable with part number 241535. The final bill was 95€. Everything is working fine now. Appreciate the advice!

I also own an Arkana. I did experience a similar issue with the massage seat. I would suggest checking the wiring harness under the seat. Specifically, examine the connector that plugs into the massage seat control module. Look for any signs of corrosion, loose pins, or damage to the wiring itself. Sometimes simply unplugging and re-plugging the connector can resolve the issue by re-establishing a good connection.
