Arkana microphone failure

I have an Arkana too. I had something similar happen – phone calls just wouldn't work properly. Was it a kind of ambient noise issue, too? It sounded like I was in a wind tunnel and the other person couldn't hear me!

Ambient noise wasn't really the problem, sound quality was just dead. But it's good to know someone else has seen something similar with an Arkana. Did you ever figure out exactly what was causing it?

I messed around with it for ages but couldn't find a solution. In the end, I just took it to a workshop. They told me the infotainment system was causing the issue. It's a pain, but they sorted it out quickly enough. You might want to consider doing the same. It'll save you the headache!

Thanks for the advice! I was really hoping it was a simple fix. Looks like a workshop visit is inevitable. They've quoted me 815€ to sort it, so fingers crossed that gets the job done.
