Thanks, I checked the fuses and relays and they seem fine. When you say 'similar issues', what exactly was the malfunction?

Heating was completely dead. No warmth at all when it was freezing. A scan also revealed an error code. The dealership said a corroded plug in the connector caused a short, so I'd recommend visiting a workshop.

Thanks for the help. I made an appointment and the repair is complete. It was a defective plug connection, and the total cost was 95€.

I also own an Arkana and had similar issues with the mirror heating. Did you check the fuses or maybe a relay?
