Arkana Passenger Seat Failure
Summary of the thread
The passenger electric seat on a 2023 Renault Arkana is non-functional, with an error indicating a fault. Initial suspicion points to a discharged battery, but the seat wiring appears intact. A similar issue was resolved by checking the main power feed under the seat, though persistent problems may require professional inspection due to potential internal damage. Booking a workshop visit is advised for a definitive solution.

Thanks for the tip! Yes, the driver's side is perfect, it's only the passenger seat that's refusing to cooperate. Where exactly did you find the loose power feed? Was it under the seat itself, or somewhere else? Trying to avoid a costly workshop visit if I can!

Yep, driver's side was fine for me too. The loose connection was right under the passenger seat. Honestly, even after tightening it, the problem came back. Ended up having to take it to a workshop; they said there was some internal damage. Probably best to get it checked professionally to be safe.

Ugh, that's what I was afraid of. Thanks for confirming my suspicions! Looks like I'll be booking it in. Just got a quote for around 290€, so not the end of the world, I guess. Will post when it's sorted!

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I had something similar happen with my Arkana. Is the driver's side seat working fine? Check the main power feed to the seats; mine was loose. Also, have you tried checking the seat switch itself?
