Arkana radio reception issue

Hi, I'm having a strange issue with my 2021 Renault Arkana hybrid. It has 95122 km on the clock. Recently, the radio reception has gone haywire. I keep getting an error message on the infotainment system, and the audio just cuts out. The error memory also shows a fault. Could this be the antenna?

I had a similar problem with my Arkana. Is the signal strength consistently bad, or does it fluctuate?

It's consistently bad. Barely picks up any stations, and when it does, it's full of static. Did you find the root cause of your radio interference?

Yes, the antenna was indeed defective in my case. I suggest taking it to a workshop for a diagnosis. My repair cost around 255€.
