Arkana Smartphone Connection Issue

I have a 2021 Renault Arkana Hybrid with about 244000 kilometers. I can't connect my smartphone to the infotainment system. Diagnostics say it's an incorrect pairing issue. I've checked fuses, but no luck. Could this be drivetrain-related, like a faulty ignition?

I have an Arkana too. I had something similar happen a while back. The car simply refused to recognize my phone. It wouldn't connect.

I recently installed a new operating system on my phone. Is that the cause? Did your issue fix itself, or was a technical fix needed?

It didn't resolve itself. I ended up taking it to the workshop. They said it was a software glitch. Cost me about 45€ to get it sorted. I'd suggest doing the same.
