Okay, on my Arkana, the connection that was causing the trouble was the one for the crash sensor. I would highly recommend taking it to a workshop. A defective cable or plug connection of the component is the likely cause. My airbag repair cost me 95€ at the shop to get sorted. It's best to get it checked by a professional to ensure your airbag system functions correctly.

I had a similar issue with my Renault Arkana, though I can't remember the exact build year. The SRS light was also illuminated. Have you tried checking the connections under the seats? I recall reading something about faulty airbag sensor plugs.
