Arkana Terminal 15 Ignition Positive Interruption

I'm having trouble with my 2022 Renault Arkana, gasoline engine, mileage 242707 km. It won't start, and the error memory shows an interruption of the Terminal 15 ignition positive. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm thinking it might be a bad cable or plug connection.

Summary of the thread

A 2022 Renault Arkana with a gasoline engine and high mileage is experiencing starting issues, with an error indicating an interruption of the Terminal 15 ignition positive. The problem might be due to a bad cable or plug connection. A similar issue was resolved by checking the fuse box and ignition relay switch, but ultimately, a workshop diagnosed and fixed a bad plug connection for a repair cost of 95€.

I have a similar Arkana. I had something like that happen a while back. Did you check the fuse box, especially the ignition relay switch? I had a voltage drop that kept it from starting.

Thanks. Can you be more specific about which relay switch or fuse was the problem for you? I checked the fuse box, but I'm not sure which one is for the Terminal 15 ignition positive.

I don't remember the exact relay or fuse. Check the vehicle's manual, or take it to a workshop. I ended up bringing it in because I didn't want to mess with it myself.

Okay, thanks for confirming it was a similar issue. I took it to the workshop. The diagnostic showed a bad plug connection. Repair cost: 95€.
