Arkana Transfer case limp mode
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Renault Arkana is experiencing issues with the transfer case limp mode, resulting in gearbox slips and unclean shifts. The problem may be linked to the ABS system, as the ABS has been acting erratically. The suspected causes include a faulty torque converter or traction control module. The solution involved diagnosing and repairing a faulty ABS sensor, which resolved the issue without incurring any cost.

Actually, yeah, the ABS has been a bit twitchy lately. Nothing I would've put together. What was the final bill?

Mine was throwing codes related to ABS module and then the gearbox freaked out. I would take it to the shop ASAP.

Cheers for the heads-up. Dropped it off, they ran diagnostics. Turns out it was faulty ABS sensor, and the total repair cost was 0€

Yeah, I had similar weirdness with my Arkana. Gearbox felt like it was fighting me sometimes. Any issues with the ABS kicking in randomly before this started?
