Thanks for the tips! Where can I find the relay switch, and how do I test for a voltage drop across the starter solenoid? I'm not a car expert, so any help is appreciated.

Given the error and your description, it's likely a defective cable or plug connection. Locating those components and doing a voltage drop test can be tricky without the right tools and knowledge. I suggest having a workshop check it out.

I took your advice and brought it in. It was a defective cable. Cost 95€ to fix. Thanks for the help!

Terminal 15 error usually indicates a problem in the ignition circuit, possibly a defective cable or plug connection. Have you checked the ignition switch itself or the relay switch? A voltage drop test across the starter solenoid might also help.
