Aslan Audio System Failure

I have a 2015 Hyundai Aslan with a gasoline engine and about 150k km on the clock. The audio system's completely dead - no sound at all. Volume control does nothing, tried switching to auxiliary input and USB audio, but still nothing. Could this be a Bluetooth issue? Any ideas?
