Aslan heating blows lukewarm air
Summary of the thread
The heating issue in a 2014 Hyundai Aslan, blowing only lukewarm air, was linked to a water valve problem as indicated by the error memory. The suspected causes included a faulty cable or plug. A similar case suggested checking the heater core and engine coolant levels. Ultimately, the problem was resolved by replacing a defective water valve at a workshop.

Thanks! Was your valve completely blocked? Did the error memory also report a water valve problem?

Yep, water valve problem was exactly what I was seeing. If you aren't able to diagnose it further I'd recommend a workshop to take a look at the valve and its connections.

Thanks for the help! I took it to a shop, and you were right - it was a defective water valve. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted.

I had a similar heating problem in my Aslan. Check the heater core. A blocked valve can cause that. It might be worth checking the engine coolant levels, too.
