Yeah, completely dead on all settings. Where exactly is the blower motor resistor located? Is it easy enough to get to, or am I better off just taking it to a garage?

If it's dead on all settings, it's probably not the resistor. The resistor usually only affects some speeds. Sounds like the motor itself. To be honest, I'd get it checked out by a professional.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to the workshop and you were spot on - blower motor was dead. New one fitted and all working again. Cost me 365€ all in. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar problem with my Astra. Check the blower motor resistor, it could be that. Is the fan completely dead on all settings?
