Astra door locking issue

Hey there. I had a similar issue with my old Peugeot a while back. The central locking went haywire. Does the car alarm still work? I'm wondering if it could be related to the wiring harness or a faulty car sensor somewhere.

Yeah, that sounds very similar to what I experienced. It turned out to be a defective connection – a cable or plug came loose on mine. I ended up taking it to a workshop as tracing the wire myself was a proper pain. I suspected a bad connection of the component.
