Astra engine knock and smoke

Hi, I've got a 2019 Vauxhall Astra, gasoline engine, and it's started playing up. Getting some pretty nasty engine knock, feels like reduced power and jerks when I accelerate. Also, I've noticed some smoke on acceleration. I checked and there's an error stored. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. It does seem worse when the engine is cold, yeah. Could it be something simple like needing higher octane fuel or adjusting the ignition timing?

Thanks for the advice! Took it to a local garage and they confirmed deposits in the combustion chamber. Got it cleaned out and the engine tuned, cost me 425€. Running much better now!
