Astra fuel rail pressure sensor fault

Thanks for the reply. I checked the wiring as best as I could, didn't see any obvious damage or corrosion. The specific code is P0190, 'Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A Circuit'. Does that shed any more light on the situation? I'm not sure where to go from here.

P0190, right. Yeah, that pretty much confirms the fuel rail pressure sensor is the culprit, or at least the signal from it is wonky. Given you've checked the wiring, it's likely the sensor itself is faulty. At this point, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get it properly diagnosed and replaced.
