Astra Hybrid Parking Heater Error

Has anyone experienced a malfunction with the auxiliary heater on their 2023 Vauxhall Astra Hybrid? The parking heater won't activate, and there's an error stored. Mileage is about 30419 km.

I have an Astra, but not a hybrid. I had a similar problem last winter. The parking heater refused to start, and there was some error code. Did you check the glow plugs? That was the culprit for me.

Do you recall the specific error code, and did the glow plug replacement resolve the issue entirely?

Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact code. But yes, replacing the glow plug fixed it completely. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, a workshop should be able to sort it.
