Thanks! The flasher relay? Where is it located and what corrosion did you see? Any details would be great, as I want to check everything before a possibly unnecessary repair.

On the Megane, it was near the fuse box in the engine compartment. The corrosion was minor – just a bit of green fuzz on a connector pin. But after fiddling with it, the issue persisted. I took it to a workshop. The cable seemed fine at first, but it was the problem. Good luck!

Thanks for the insight! I checked the wiring and connectors, but no luck. I went to a workshop, and it was a defective turn signal lamp connection, as expected. Thanks for the help; I appreciate the Astra community. The issue is solved, and the repair was 95€

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my 2018 Renault Megane. Same error message, same lighting fault. Did you check the flasher relay? On my Megane, a slightly corroded connection caused intermittent failures. Worth a look before replacing parts.
