Atos incorrect temperature readings
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Hyundai Atos is experiencing incorrect temperature readings, a check engine light, and slow engine warm-up. The initial suspicion is a restricted cooling grille, but a defective fuse is also considered a potential cause. After consulting with another owner who had similar issues, it is suggested to have the thermal management system checked by a professional. Ultimately, the problem is identified as a defective fuse related to the grille, which is repaired at a cost of 52€.

My Atos has 118101 km. It's not what you initially thought? What was it in your case then?

Yep, that's around where mine started acting up. Turns out, it was related to the thermal management system. Honestly, I’d recommend taking it to a workshop. It’s probably something simple, but better safe than sorry, right?

Okay, I understand. I appreciate the advice; I'll take it to the workshop. It ended up being a defective fuse related to the grille, and the repair cost me 52€. Thanks again!

Sounds familiar. I have an Atos too. Are you sure it's the grille itself? I had similar temperature issues, and it wasn't what I initially thought. What is the mileage on your car?
