Hello, thank you for the information! That sounds exactly like what is happening with my A1. Maybe it's the yaw angle sensor in my case too. Can you remember what you paid for the repair back then? And did you have any further problems in this area afterwards or was everything back to normal? I hope I can do the same. In any case, your answer will help me! Best regards!

Hello, yes, I can still remember that! The repair cost me a total of €155 to fix the faulty cable connection to the sensor. Since then there have been no more problems in this direction. After the mechanic fixed the fault in the lateral acceleration sensor, everything was back to normal! So it's definitely a repair worth doing if you have problems with the ABS/DSC system. Good luck with your A1, hopefully you'll get it sorted! Best regards!

Hi, €155 sounds like a reasonable investment to me now if everything works again afterwards. It's very reassuring to know that no further problems have arisen! Many thanks for your support. Your experience has given me peace of mind, even if there is still some uncertainty. I will now, with renewed hope, make an appointment at the workshop on Monday. Hopefully everything will go as smoothly as it did for you. Thanks again and have a nice day! Best regards!

Hello, I once had a similar problem with my 2007 Audi A3. My car had warning lights for the airbag and ABS that were constantly illuminated. What was done at my garage was that they read out the fault memory. It turned out to be the yaw angle sensor. They replaced it and the warning lights were gone. It was a serious problem, yes, but thankfully it's been fixed. It was an inconvenience, but that's just how it goes sometimes. Hope this helps you. All the best for your car!
