Hey, thanks for the tip! It really sounds like it could be the same thing that my Audi has. Do you happen to remember how much the software update for the fuel pump cost at the garage back then? And has everything gone smoothly since then or have there been any other problems with the car?

Hey, glad I could help! Yeah, I remember the repair costs. Jesus, that was just €45 to fix the software values for the fuel pump. Totally affordable, right? Since I had the car at the mechanic, the fuel pump fault was fixed and I've had no more problems. The car drives like new again, really brilliant! And the price wasn't bad either. So, hopefully your Audi will be running again.

Oh man, €45 really is a bargain. I'm reassured to know that the mechanic was able to solve the problem with the software update. I'll go straight to the garage tomorrow and have it checked. Thanks a lot for your help, buddy. I can't wait to see if my Audi runs as well as your A4 after the repair. I'll keep you posted on how things go with my car. See you then and be safe on the road!

Hey buddy, I had similar issues with my 2015 Audi A4. Turns out it was really WRONG software values for the fuel pump. My check engine light was also on and the car was running rough. At the garage they did a software update on the fuel pump and that was it. It was a serious issue as the fuel pump was not working correctly and was affecting my overall engine performance. Haven't had any similar issues after that. Hope this helps you!
