Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2012 Audi Q3. My knowledge level on cars is mediocre, so I'm no pro, but I know a little something. When my heater/cooler started acting like you described, I took my car to my regular garage. After a brief inspection, they found that the sensor fuse was faulty. The repair cost 60 euros - not expensive fun, but afterwards everything worked perfectly again. Of course, I can only give you recommendations based on my own experience, and every car is different. Could you perhaps give me a little more information about your car, e.g. mileage, previous damage, etc.? I think that would help us narrow down your problem even better. Hope that helps you for now!

Hey, thanks for the quick reply! My Audi Q5 is now at about 86758 km mileage. This is my first car and it has always been regularly serviced at the garage so far. I've never had a major problem so far. I find your suggestion about the fuse very interesting, I will definitely have that checked. Hopefully it's just the fuse and nothing more serious. I would have the problem fixed immediately for 54 euros. Tell me, how long did it take you in the workshop?

Hi, I'm glad I could help you! It actually only took me one day. I dropped the car off in the morning and was able to pick it up again in the afternoon. So it was done really quickly and, as I said, everything worked as it should afterwards. I think in your case there's a very good chance that it's just the fuse, especially if you've never had any other major problems with your car. Keep your fingers crossed that it will be solved quickly and easily! And let us know what it was in the end. Stay healthy!

Hey, that sounds great! It always reassures me when I hear that problems like this can be fixed quickly and without too much effort. I'll take my Audi to the garage tomorrow and hope that it runs just as smoothly as yours. I really wouldn't have thought of the fuse idea, so thanks again for the tip! I'll let you know as soon as I know what's going on. Until then, stay healthy and thanks again!
