Yeah, I'd check the heating element first. A bad connection is possible, but the element itself could be failing. The error code and frozen nozzles point to a heating issue. If you're not comfortable with auto-electrics, get it checked at a shop.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to a shop, and it was a defective cable connection like I thought. Cable replacement and labor cost 95€.

I had a similar problem with my Opel Insignia. Same symptoms: error code and frozen nozzles in winter. Have you checked the washer fluid heating element itself? It might be the culprit. Also, inspect the wiring harness thoroughly for any signs of corrosion or damage. Any unusual battery drain lately?
