Avantime Diesel Fuel Injection Issue

I haven't tried cleaning solutions, as I didn't want to make things worse. How do I check the compensation adjustment values? Can I do it with a standard OBD2 scanner, or do I need special equipment?

Some advanced OBD2 scanners might offer limited injector data access, but resetting drift compensation values typically requires Renault-specific software or a professional-grade scan tool. Given the risks, I'd advise getting help from a workshop experienced with Renault diesel engines. They have the tools to assess the injectors and perform compensation adjustments.

I've booked an appointment with a local workshop. They confirmed the injector issue and replacement, costing around 515€. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem. Thanks for the advice!

The symptoms and error code strongly suggest a fuel injection problem. The drift compensation refers to ECU adjustments for injector performance variations. Before replacing injectors, have you tried injector cleaning solutions? Have the compensation adjustment values been checked? Sometimes resetting them helps.
