Avantime keyless access fault

Hi, I've got a 2002 Renault Avantime with a diesel engine. Recently, the keyless access stopped working. I scanned it and there's an error stored related to the door handle electronics. I suspect a dodgy cable or plug connection. Anyone else had this?

Yep, had something similar with mine. It was intermittent at first. Check the door switch. Could be a sensor issue.

Cheers! Was it definitely the door switch and not maybe the door actuator or something else in the locking system?

Pretty sure it was the switch. I'd get it checked at a workshop, they diagnosed a wiring fault in my case and was sorted quickly.

Thanks for the heads-up! Ended up being a faulty connection as suspected. Cost 95€ to sort. Appreciate the help.
