Avantime turn signal malfunction

Sounds familiar! I had a similar problem a while back. The indicators would go crazy, and the error message was super annoying! Have you tried checking the flasher relay first? That was the culprit in my case, and it's a cheap fix if that's the problem!

Thanks! Where exactly is the flasher relay located? And did you have any luck just replacing the bulb, or was it definitely the relay? I'm trying to exhaust all options before going to a workshop.

On mine, it's behind the glove box. You need to remove the glove box to get to it. I did try the bulb replacement route first, but no luck. Definitely sounds like the relay, or maybe even a wiring issue related to it. To be honest, after messing about for an afternoon I just took it to the workshop. Saved myself a whole load of time and stress!
