Avantime Windshield Washer Heater Problem

Sounds like a common issue. The washer heater is supposed to stop the nozzles freezing. The error code and frozen nozzles point to that. Have you checked the cable and plug connection to the heater? A bad connection is often the cause. How many kilometers on the clock?

It depends on the Avantime's design, but it's usually near the washer fluid reservoir or the nozzles. If you're not comfortable with auto electrics, don't mess with it too much. Given the symptoms and potential for a bad connection, a workshop might be best to avoid more problems. Expect a repair cost around 95€.
