Thanks for the suggestion. I suspected the ignition switch as well, but wasn't sure. When you say similar, was it the same error code? And did you manage to fix it yourself, or did you end up taking it to a shop?

Yeah, pretty sure it was the same error. I messed around with it for a bit, checking the relay switch, but in the end, I just took it to the workshop. Turned out to be a chafed wire. Probably could have fixed it myself, but honestly, wasn't worth the hassle.

Appreciate the confirmation. I think I'll just bite the bullet and take it in. Diagnostic points to a faulty cable or plug connection. Workshop quoted around 95€, so not the end of the world. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar. I had something similar happen with my Aveo. Did you check the ignition switch or the starter solenoid? Could be a bad connection there. Is the car completely dead, or does it try to turn over at all?
