Thanks for the reply. The error is still there after restarting. I checked the sensor area and don't see anything blocking it. Could it need calibration?

Since the error is persistent and there's nothing blocking it, recalibration might fix it, but I'm not sure. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop for diagnosis. They'll have the right tools to find the exact cause. They were able to quickly diagnose mine using their diagnostic tools.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local workshop, and the sensor was dirty. The repair, including cleaning, cost 45€.

I had a similar problem on my 2018 Volvo XC60. The safety systems went haywire and threw up errors. It was also a radar sensor issue, but Volvo's system can be finicky. I'm not sure if the Avventura's system is the same, but does the error go away after restarting the car? Have you checked for anything blocking the sensor?
