Aygo audio navigation errors

I'm pulling my hair out here. I've got a 2006 Toyota Aygo diesel with only 31587 km on the clock. Recently, I've been getting sporadic errors - warning lights flashing, especially impacting the audio and navigation. Sometimes the whole system just shuts down! The error memory always has something stored. Anyone experienced this?

Whoa, that sounds familiar! I have an Aygo too, though I can't remember what year it is. I had similar issues with the entertainment system going haywire. Is it always the same systems that are affected?

Yeah, pretty much always the audio/navigation stuff. Did yours just randomly cut out too? Was there any specific warning light coming on?

Yep, audio was the main culprit. It would cut out, display weird stuff, or just not respond. No specific warning light I can recall, but honestly, there were so many lights flashing it was like a Christmas tree! I ended up taking it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quick.

Thanks a lot for the input! Seems like that's the way to go. I got a quote of 155€ to repair a defective cable connection of the control unit to the BUS system, so hopefully, that fixes the issue.
