Thanks for the reply! The car dashboard doesn't show any unusual readings before stalling. It seems to happen regardless of how full the fuel tank is. Any more details on your experience?

Yes, in my case it turned out to be a faulty fuel level sensor as well. I recommend visiting your local garage and having the sensor replaced. It is a relatively common issue.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I took it to a local workshop, and it was indeed the fuel level sensor. Repair cost me 52€. Replacing the faulty sensor fixed the problem.

I had a similar issue with my Aygo. The symptoms sound very familiar. Did you happen to notice if the car dashboard has any unusual readings before stalling? Does it happen with a full fuel tank, a nearly empty tank or both?
