The signal cuts out completely, and the infotainment system displays an error message. Could you provide further details regarding the antenna ground and how to check it? Is it accessible without disassembling the dashboard?

Given the complete signal loss and error message, it does sound like the antenna itself. The ground is located near the antenna base, but honestly, given the error code and complete failure, I'd recommend a visit to a qualified workshop. I had to replace mine, and it resolved all the radio issues.

I had the antenna replaced at a workshop based on your recommendation. The total repair cost was 255€. This has resolved the issue with the radio reception. Thanks again.

I've had similar issues with my Aygo. Does the signal cut out completely, or is it just weak and full of static? Could be a faulty antenna booster, or possibly an issue with the antenna ground. I would check that.
