Berlingo Electric seat massage failure
Summary of the thread
The driver's seat massage function in a 2023 Citroen Berlingo Electric stopped working, with the switch being unresponsive and an error indicating a fault in the system. A similar issue was resolved by checking the fuses and identifying a defective connection in the seat. The recommended solution was to have a workshop diagnose and fix the problem, which turned out to be a faulty plug connection, successfully repaired for 95€.

Thanks! No, I haven't checked the fuses yet. Where would I find the fuse for the seat, and is it easy to get to? I'm not mechanically inclined...

Checking the fuses is a good starting point, but it probably won't fix it. My issue was a defective connection in the seat itself. Honestly, you're probably best off taking it to a workshop. They'll diagnose it properly.

Thanks for the advice! I appreciate you sharing your experience. I booked an appointment with a local workshop. It was a faulty plug connection. The repair cost me 95€. All good now!

Hey, I had something similar happen in my Berlingo! The massage function just quit. Did you check the fuses?
