Berlingo NOx Catalyst Aging and Exhaust Leak

My 2019 Citroen Berlingo (gasoline engine) has a check engine light and a NOx storage catalyst aging error. I also hear an exhaust leak. Could the leak be causing the catalytic converter issue? What areas should I inspect?

Yeah, mine also had a small exhaust leak. A mechanic patched it up, and the light went off after a reset. No converter replacement needed. I'd get it to a workshop ASAP. Sounds like yours is similar.
