Bipper climate control panel failure

My 2016 Peugeot Bipper diesel is giving me grief. The climate control panel is totally dead. I'm getting an error code, the heat barely works, and the AC won't kick on at all. A mechanic friend reckons it's likely a dodgy wire or plug somewhere. Anyone else seen this kind of gremlin?

Sounds familiar! Had a similar problem with my old Renault Megane, though it was the radio that died. Could be a loose connection or a blown fuse. Have you checked the fuses?

Yeah, checked the fuses, all seem okay. Where exactly was the connection issue on your Megane? Was it easy to get to?

Mine was the wiring harness behind the stereo. I didn't fix it myself, a workshop did it for me. Maybe you should have yours checked as well?
