Bipper rough running engine power loss

That sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my Peugeot Partner. Is the temperature reading way off, or completely dead? It could very well be the intake air temperature sensor. They're not exactly known for their longevity.

Yep, those were exactly my symptoms. The engine was sluggish, and the light was on constantly. In the end, I took it to a workshop; they replaced the sensor, and it fixed everything. I'd suggest you do the same before things get worse.
