Bipper Tire Pressure Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Peugeot Bipper diesel displayed a 'Tire pressure too low' warning despite correct tire pressures, with an error message stored. The issue was suspected to be a faulty tire pressure sensor, possibly due to a dead battery within the sensor. Diagnostics confirmed the faulty sensor, and replacing it resolved the warning and error message.

Thanks for the reply. You mentioned checking the tire pressure sensors. Was it a specific test, or did you just replace them?

With the Megane, they ran some diagnostics on the sensors first. The mechanic said the battery inside the sensor was probably dead, which is a common issue. He advised replacing them, as further troubleshooting wouldn't really be worth it considering the labor costs. I'd suggest popping down your local workshop, they should be able to sort it quickly.

I took your suggestion and brought the Bipper to a workshop. The diagnosis confirmed a faulty tire pressure sensor, likely due to battery depletion, and they replaced it for 280€. The error message has now disappeared. Thanks again for your help.

Sounds like a pain! I had a similar problem with my old Renault Megane. Same symptoms: kept getting low pressure warnings even when the tires were fine. Turned out to be the tire pressure sensor. Have you had those checked?
